The GO Rentals App was developed to make your car rental and travelling experience in New Zealand easy and enjoyable. It’s a one-stop shop that takes care of all the essentials without any fuss at all.
Through our app, you’re able to:
- Book a car for upcoming trips
- Create your own unique profile which can be used for future visits
- Order a complimentary shuttle from the airport to your GO Rentals branch, monitoring its estimated arrival time
- Check-in beforehand so you can skip straight to the ‘Fast Lane’ at the branch
- Not worry about printing because all booking details will be stored!
As you can see, the GO Rentals App is basically your best friend when it comes to your car rental adventures in New Zealand and has been downloaded by 20,000+ visitors to date!
Self-service Kiosks
Our self-service kiosks took the industry by storm when they were rolled out in Auckland and Christchurch, early in 2018, with check-in times reduced by a whopping 60%
Intuitive and easy to use, the touchscreen kiosks simplify the check-in process so you can be off and away in no time. Keeping things straightforward and simple is an apt way to describe the experience which is absolutely the way it should be.
With the first rollout of self-service kiosks being so successful we’ve now installed them in all our branches right across the country for all visitors to enjoy.
GO Rentals Driving Simulator
To another groundbreaking innovation and the GO Rentals Driving Simulator, an amazing bit of technology based in our Queenstown branch that gives drivers a taste of our roads before having to drive on them.
The simulator was the brainchild of a former New Zealand Rally Championship Driver and was designed with safety at its forefront. New Zealand roads, despite their beautiful scenery, can be challenging at times with a number of potential hazards to negotiate.
The driving simulator gives visitors the chance to experience those in advance, familiarising themselves with our roads and what to expect from them.
We all want our adventures and journeys to be safe and then GO Rentals Driving Simulator is a great way to help ensure that they are.
